The warranty length and guidelines are nominated by the manufacturer. Some exclusion to the manufacturer warranty may apply on occasion, that maybe in the case of B-Stock, Refurbished, Closeout or Ex-Display stock.
Warranty is provided to protect against manufacturing fault and defects, this means where the products has failed during the manufacturing process and from no other fault other than its own. As an example the manufacturer's warranty does not cover, miss-use, breakage, excessive force, modification or tampering. For further clarification as to what is and what is not covered by the manufacturer's warranty, Rhythm Active asks you to please refer to the manufacturer directly.
Rhythm Active is always happy to work with you to resolve warrantable issues in the quickest possible way. In cases where a legitimate warranty claim is justified, the item in question is to be returned, and the item must be inspected to identify and confirm that the fault is of a warrantable nature. Warranty is provided to either replace or repair the product, and is judged on a case by case basis.
Rhythm Active is pleased to offer a 7 day exchange policy on hardware from the date of receivership, so long as the item has not been used and remains in the condition in which it originally left our premises. It is your responsibility to contact us within 7 days to notify us of your intentions to exchange and all return charges will be at your expense. Software is not exchangeable and we recommend you trial the software prior to committing to the sale.
